During registration you are required to acknowledge that you have read, and agree to, the
following conditions. This information is presented to you during registration and
repeated here for your convenience.

Terms & Conditions |
1. Webshelf services are paid for in advance by Direct Debit Mandate.
2. Services are contracted for a minimum period of 12 months.
3. Product advertising lines are provided in blocks of 50 lines.
4. Payments will be made in accordance with the Number of 50 line blocks ordered by the client.
5. Upgrading to a multiple level of blocks will incur an increase within the month of starting.
6. Upgraded contracts will run for a minimum period of 3 months within the existing contract from the date of upgrade.
7. Downgrading to a lower number of 50 line blocks will be accepted by the giving of one full months notice by the client.
8. The owner can change product lines at any time. Webshelf operates a strict policy to ensure that only genuine electrical products are advertised on the site. Webshelf will remove products not conforming to these standards and the owner informed. Recurrence of incorrect advertising may result in further action.
9. Webshelf reserves the right to terminate any contract without notice should a member not adhere to the standards required. In the event of such termination the full outstanding balance of the contract will become due immediately.
10. Termination of the contract may be made at any time by the client to become effective after the initial 12-month period provided the standard 3 months notice is given.
