Initial Step
A member of our team will meet with you to discuss your website needs and ideas. This meeting is usually in person, but can be carried out on the telephone. We will try to learn about your business or organization, budget constraints, timelines for completion, and what you hope to accomplish with your website.

Web site plan
We will summarise these ideas in a written proposal. This helps both of us clearly understand what the website is supposed to do, how long the development process will take, who's supplying what and how much it's going to cost. If we don't get it right the first time, we'll discuss the points of disagreement and provide you with a revised proposal.

Once a proposal has been agreed to and signed, we will provide you with a checklist that you will need to supply to us.

Free work in progress web site
We will allocate you with some space on our test servers and provide you with a url so that you can review the progress of your site at any time. this way you can tell us immediately if you like it (or if you don’t) and we can make the relevant changes efficiently.
